I arrived in Austin at around 8PM and have been with my parents this whole time. They're spending the night and tomorrow morning we're going shopping for stuff. I'd say more but I'm sleepy. More info laters.
Well, I've been in Progreso since Monday afternoon. I'm happy to be here but honestly, I want to go back to Austin already. I don't have any real connection to the place, just my family and some friends. The people who I care about other than my family are in Austin and it really sucks to think of things that way.
Okay, let's get way from the depressio feel and head into other things.
I went to the dentist yesterday and that was awesomely horrible. Hate the dentist so much. Today I've gone to get my birth certificate since I kinda need one to go to and from Mexico. I might also be going for my driver's license today. I don't really know why it can't be tomorrow or Friday but I guess today is good. Hopefully I pass everything and I don't screw up royally. Today's schedule is wacky and I'm not sure what's going on.
I'm excited about tomorrow. I'm going to get my eyes checked and that means new contact prescription. Hooray! I haven't worn contacts in a long time and I miss them. I'm also getting my hair cut later that day which means the return of short hair me. I might also hang out with Lisa and watch a movie or do something or other.
Friday is a graduation day one and Saturday is graduation day two. Sunday, Mom and Dad are taking me back to Austin and then my usual days start up again.
I'm not going to update until Sunday or Monday, so until then.
I've been waiting a while but soon I'll be able to go home. Hooray! I can not wait patiently anymore. I miss my family and other people in and around Progreso. Carol and Gabby are graduating Friday and Saturday from Progreso and McHi. I'm also happy to see the other peoples that graduate at Progreso this year.
While at home I'll be getting my driver's license (hopefully), getting a hair cut (back to short hair), getting an eye exam (contacts!), hanging out with high school friends (hopefully), and working on fitness stuff for rugby. Running sprint type stuff ain't gonna be fun but it must be done (Hey I rhymed).
Since I'll be at home, it's very unlikely that I'll be posting anything anytime soon but it depends on when I go home.
Where do you want to be in ten years?

I'm not sure where I want to be. It'll likely be Texas but will I be in Austin, Houston or the Valley? Maybe I'll be married, have kids, be a teacher, or things could be totally different from what I'm thinking right now. Hopefully I've have lost the weight I'm trying to get rid of, no I will have lost it. Hmm... so much to think about.
It seems that summer boredom has hit me at last. I have no one to hang out with for ridiculous periods of time as basically everyone is gone and Jonathan works 'til around 5:30 PM on weekdays. So I'm trying to think of things to do in my free time. I know Jon started writing things in a notebook and I guess I could too. The thing is what is there to do?
Obvious things:
Work out
Read
I've got nothing else. Well, I could start with learning Deutsch (German) since I've got loads of podcasts, the textbook, and a teach yourself German deal. While at home I'm going to get my driver's license and try to unlock as much as possible on Super Smash Bros. Brawl that my cousins may or may not have done already. I miss playing Brawl.
I've been hit with the sad. More on what my summer to do list is going to be later.
What's your favorite type of cheese? Or, if you don't like cheese, why not?

My favorite cheese? So many to choose from. I guess my favorite is... no idea but I love Mexican cheeses. Panela, Oaxaca, queso fresco and others. I really want some cheese now. Thanks a lot question of the day.
Summer is here and I can't wait for rugby practice to start. I need to get on the ball and start working on my fitness since I've been told that 7s is a lot of running and I am not so good with the running.
Wednesday, we're having a fundraiser at Fuddruckers but I'm not sure if I'm going though.
Schedule for 7s
May 21 - Fuddruckers
May 27 - Practice starts (I'll be at home)
June 7 - Lonestar 7s and Debutante Ball at Dallas
June 21 - Bloodfest at Zilker Park
July 19 - 7s by the Sea at Corpus Christi
I'm so excited. So now, to start planning and doing my fitness stuff.
I volunteered at the USA Rugby Men's Club Playoffs at Zilker Park this weekend. There were so many teams from all over, it was crazy. I wish I'd gotten to watch some of the Division I games but loved the Division II and III games I got to watch.
Day 1 - Division II
Detroit Tradesmen vs South Shore Anchors
Riverside vs Hartford
Jacksonville vs Albuquerque Aardvarks
Day 2 - Division III
Middlesex vs Michiana
Montclair vs Montgomery
Jersey Shore vs Reno
I was ball runner or scorekeeper for the games. Jersey Shore vs Reno was really awesome and the Montclair guys took pictures of the scoreboard during their game (I'm in some of them). I also got sunburn on my arms, face, and scalp. Why did my scalp have to get burnt? Brushing my hair really hurt.
Ever since I bought the Nortec Collective and Ozomatli albums off of iTunes, I've been wanting to dance. A quinceañera or something would be nice right now. I'm remembering the moves to the dances I did for my quince and I'm thinking of just recording the dances with the iSight on my MacBook.
All those Control songs...so many memories. I want to buy a bunch of their albums right now. I wonder if I can find my Todo Bajo Control CD.
Well, I'm going back to dancing to Spanish music. Hooray!
Update:
I found my CD and I bought some music from iTunes. Hooray for more Control!
